Looking forward to hearing from you
Vamia is NOT a university – far from it. It is a vocational high school and you can only get a low-level degree studying there. This degree also gives you only limited access to further university-level studies, which are (without a Finnish high school diploma) not free.
You should also remember this:
1. Finland is one of the most expensive countries in Europe (rent, groceries, fuel, electricity, etc.). Finland has a relatively high VAT (Value-Added Tax) that is added to already high prices. The standard rate of VAT in Finland is 24%.
2. Finland has very high personal income tax rates. Taxation is progressive, so the more you earn the more you pay taxes.
3. It's not that easy for foreigners to get jobs. Many basic jobs in Finland still require Finnish language skills, especially if you're in direct contact with customers, even if the job offer says otherwise. Often a Finnish applicant is given priority. And the Finnish language is extremely difficult to learn.
4. Finland is quite bureaucratic country (a lot of paperwork and long waiting times).
5. The wether! – Finland is located in the far north so the wether can be hard to take, especially for those from warm countries. The warm, green summer is very short and then comes the autumn. Days get shorter and darker, with rain. Then slush and frost and snow. Winter is long, snowy, cold and dark. Roads and sidewalks are icy and slippery. Days are very short and gray even in the Southern Finland. When you go to work or to school in the morning it is completely dark and when you come back home it is completely dark again. And in the northern Finland the sun doesn't rise at all in midwinter. The short daylight hours during the days can make people tired and depressed. And it is cold. Temperatures of at least 40 degrees celcius below zero are measured every other winter in Lapland and 20 degrees celsius below zero are common even in Southern Finland.
6. The right-wing parties that won the last election in Finland now form the government and they have tightened and are tightening the requirements and restrictions on foreign workers, students, immigrants and asylum seekers. Not long ago, Finland completely closed its eastern border stations, which prevented the entry of all asylum seekers from there.
Thank you for the video. Is there a way to learn the Finnish language online?
Interview can't be done online in regards to SAVO 😢
This video is timely.
How to get a job in Finland from India
Do not be fooled and believe not to these rumors. If not having high education,no chance to Finland. And if you have high education, no chance if not can not speak Finnish. And if have high education and speak Finnish, this do not mean that you can have visa….And if getting visa, that is just for you,not for you family. Also need to understand that your education must be approved by Finnish education system,if not, then no visa.
There is not free lunch for no one in Finland.

Hello,
I am a novice teacher. For a few months now, partly due to the fact that I am new to the field, I have been hearing about Finnish excellence in the field of education.
I wonder if anyone knows of short study programs that can be undertaken in Finland to enhance one's skills in teaching and pedagogy. Given my limited knowledge in these subjects, I would prefer if you could suggest courses suitable for beginners.
Omoo but Finland shares border with Russia 🇷🇺, any small gbege, na wahala .
