I wished I knew this before schooling in India, that would have helped me a lot. All the tuition and accommodation fees I spend there would have gone a long way in Norway.

If you are married and you want to school in either of the free schools, the amount you need to be in the Norway account for you and dependants (an adult and two kids) how much would be then required to open the Norway account with .and is iHS fee compulsory?
